Can we take a joke?

Had enough?
Check out https://www.thefire.org and maybe make a donation. If you see a potential free speech violation on campus/someone alerts you to it, you can contact them and they will likely look into the matter. (They will get back to you, by the way!). Reason fights for free speech too, and I believe Reason takes donations as well.

Help, help, I've been microagressed!
Well said!
And wasn't it Trudeau hismelf who came out saying free speech isn't really free speech after the Charlie Hebdo attack? That guy is a gem.
60 years ago there were segregated bathrooms and other rampant government sponsored racism in the US (operation "wetback"!?). While there's been good progress in establishing equal rights for all Americans, there's still much work to be done.
Although, when college campuses cease to be bastions of free speech I hope we can all agree that the pendulum has swung too far. Watching journalism professor Melissa Click's youtube performance trying censor a student journalist at the Mizzou protest was unreal.
Great link, thanks for sharing

As Trudeau rightly satirized, here is another real life example. Think/communicate correctly, or be reported! This is scary stuff coming from government and government subsidized institutions.

PS yet another example of the The FIRE trying to put a stop to these anti free speech shenanigans.
