Default Best regional to date?

For all pilots, regardless of company, what is the best regional out there to date? Pay, upgrade time, benefits, etc. Looking for current pilots to respond, or those who may have just left the regional level.

Impossible to answer, it all depends on YOUR priorities...

Fast Upgrade
-Most turboprop operators
-CHQ/REP
-SKW
-XJet

Better-than-average Pay/Quality of Life
-Horizon
-XJet
-SKW
-AWAC
-COMAIR (but they are in BK, so who knows)

Stability
-American Eagle (not too likely to get fired by AMR)
-A few others have been historically stable (Horizon, SKW) but who knows what the future holds?

Bad All Around
-Mesa

Fast Upgrade (but blacklisted for life and despised by all )
-GoJets

I'm sure I've forgotten some, no slight intended whatsoever

The best regional today may not be the best regional next year. The worst regional may become the best. I've seen a lot of changes over the years. Anything can happen. Don't be too picky (I was).

To date?

Too tough to call. I enjoyed working for ACA in the pre 9/11 years. I think they had the best contract and pay out there back in the day... and IDE (although failed financially) was one of the best regionals in terms of operations and the customer service (not to mention employee morale up until we started furloughing folks)...

Agreed. I made more money and worked less when I was there.

Default I'm new here. Explain why GOJET is hated so much.

Evidently they are hated by everyone. What did they do, screw their pilots out of their contract?

Do a search on GOJETS.

If you can't find enough info on them and why they are disliked, then I will buy you a steak dinner and explain it to you.
