Default Continued Education

Hello, I am doing a career project for a class in my high school. We are supposed to include continued education in our career. After getting hired with an airline, what kinds of safety or emergency training is required, and how often do you need this training? Otherwise is there any other additional education or training? Obviously each airline has different policies on this stuff so please include what airline this applies to. Thanks!

In the US, the FAA requires basic emergency training every two years. This includes use of emergency equipment and fire extinguishers.

Safety is fundamental to everything we do, so safety is part of recurrent training which typically includes quarterly computer based training and annual classroom training.
