Default Former AF Pilots......

Hey guys and gals,

Anyone out there looking to return to active duty that is facing a furlough or just looking to get off the merry-go-round might be interested.

Rated Manpower folks in the Pentagon are exploring a potential return to active duty to fulfill manpower needs for the Predator mission.

You can express your interest to [email protected]

They'll need some basic information, Name, SSN, DOB, prior rank, DOS and of course contact information, along with current guard/reserve status and you might want to put in a quick description of your career highlights.

Again, just passing the word and I have no other info other than that provided. I have validated that this possible recall to fill Predator positions is being weighed via friends still at the Pentagon. Whether or not it will be approved is beyond me and my pay grade.

Pass the word to anyone you might think is interested. It is my understanding that all the carriers were sent a letter detailing the evaluation of interest in such a program. Letter was authored by the DCS for Manpower so it has a 3 star behind it. I know we haven't seen anything come from our folks at UAL but perhaps other carriers have passed the word.

Good luck,
Lee
