Default 100 on type enough to land a Capt job , ?

Hello
I have seen ads for Captain jobs in India some agencies only
require ATP and 100 hours PIC on type....
What are the chances of getting called since I have read
that pilots with 10k tt etc etc dont get a reply?
If there was such a surplus why not just increase minimums.
I hold a B737 type and a vmc limitation (need to go to fti and
spend $800 to get it removed) but no time on type, and currently no
$800 lol.
Just curious , any info appreciated.
Thanks once again for allowing me to post a question on AFP

The 100 hrs on type is an Indian DGCA requirement for expats to go fly for an Indian company. No way around this. If you have no time on type, I would not spend the money to remove the circling restriction. Also, most of these countries that want the circling restrction removed want ALL restrictions removed for ALL type rating you hold. You also have to remember, most of the people getting these jobs have significant large narrow body/wide body PIC.
I know of a couple of companies that don't even count jet time that is less than 100,000lbs.

thanks dude... but that wasnt really my question.
i wasnt referring to myself for a job since i stated
i have no time in type and i said i didnt even have
the money for a circling removal. my question was
what are the chances of someone getting hired
with low time on type since ive seen agencies
in india requiring as little as 100 hours on type but
ive heard of other pilots with 1000's of hours on type
and not being able to find a job overseas. thank you

If you signature is correct, you don't have an ATP but you have a 737 type on a commercial ticket. I am led to believe you have less than 1500TT. With those stats your chances, in todays market, are somewhere between slim and none.
If you had significant jet time, it would make things a little easier to get a job with no time/low time on type.

Like I said before, the 100 hrs is a min qual for the DGCA to recognize the type and is probably not even close to competitive now.
