what about second year guarantee pay? Just trying to compare jobs here. Also, how much can you expect to fly on demand? I'm kind of tired of that routine right now. At least when there is NO time off at all without using those limited vacation days.

1) This is just copied from another website, so no one may be available to answer your questions.
2) Beggars can't be choosers right now. If there's only 1 position available, someone will take it without worrying about time off.

If one takes about five minutes on Google, it isn't hard to figure out what company this is.
All I know is they have a "First Officer Intern Program". From their website:

Purpose
Our First Officer Intern Program allows pilots to log FAR Part 135, multi-engine, turbo-prop flight time in all weather conditions. Intern will receive training and an FAR Part 135 second-in-command check ride in Beech 99 aircraft. Airline employers are seeking pilots with this actual flight experience. Interns choose how much flight time they need to log, in 100-hour blocks.
Cost
Training & Check Ride is a one-time fee of $3,000. Flight Experience is purchased in 100-hour blocks. Each block takes approximately 11 weeks to complete. The 1st block is $5,000 ($50 per flight hour), 2nd block is $4,500 ($45 per flight hour), and 3rd block is $4,000 ($40 per flight hour). Additional flight time over 300 is $40/hour. All amounts must be paid in advance.

It's a contract company that usually sells these "blocks" of flight time, and it is usually to international students that are trying to meet some airline mins in their country.
Ameriflight makes extra money by utilizing this FO program too.
Disclaimer: I am not advocating buying time. ($50/hr is pretty cheap). Just wanted to clarify that it may not be that company selling time directly, but a third party who is selling flight time, then contracts it out to these Part 135 companies.
