I knew it was one of you high paid cargo guys (the difference a decade makes huh!). :)

Fedex has 4 week bid months, except for four times a year in which we have 5 week bid months. This yr. they are Jan/Mar/Jul/Oct. bids.

No Pay Chart Displaying at all?????
 

Any ideas why the pay charts are not displaying? When I view the "airline information" section and click on the airline nothing as far as pay shows up --- No charts. All of the textual information shows up and IE does not show any errors. Is this related to my flash player?

I suspect so, I just checked and they displayed fine for me.

The pay charts in the "airlines" section are simple .gif images. We've seen issues with some software firewalls not allowing .gif images, but the fix is easy. If you are running a program like Norton Firewall, you can configure the setting to "allow" images from airlinepilotcentral.com. We do encrypt the file location of our pay charts to prevent hotlinking to other sites and some [software] firewalls see this as suspect and block the file.

For pay comparison charts in the "comparisons" section, those are flash movies at about 250kb each. They take several seconds to load, even with a high speed connestion, and much longer with dial-up. You need a current version of the free flash player to see the movies, version 7 works best.

I cannot get the pay charts to display in either IE or Firefox.

I am using Mcafee and have no option to allow images. Although all other images work fine for other sites...

is their a plugin I am missing?

Sorry not to be in line with the conversations but, on the pay charts what exactly does annual bid period mean??

Alright guys, sorry. . .

I searched and didn't find an answer, but I figure this thread is best of any to ask the question.

Here is how I am using the pay calculator.

I'm selecting the Yr 1 FO hourly rate, and putting it into the calculator. Then I look at the monthly guarenteed hourly . . . 70, 75, etc, into the calculator. After that, it's pretty much a guess because I don't know how many bid periods each airline uses.

My question is, if I leave the bid period at 1, and the 100% at. . . 100% (which, what is that for? I have no idea), the dollar amount listed in blue, is the monthly pay pre-taxs, correct?

Just want to clarify. And also, if anyone knows, what are the bid periods for EGF, ASA, COM, and any other regionals that anyone can think of?
