No sir, I was asking how this would affect higher time guys with total times around 135 mins, 1000pic turbine ect. How much movement would this create(obviously movement comes first and then mins come down)
By writing their own ticket I meant they could go anywhere they want.

Wait...how many people do you know who just have 135 mins and have 1,000 Turbine PIC or did I miss understand you?

I think he meant 135 mins, 1000pic, turbine, ect. ( he forgot a comma)

I could be wrong though...

Absolutely. I think the catch is if/when we get back to 250hr hiring. The key now is just to get back to steady hiring.

Yeah I did thanks.

Let me see if I can be more concise:

If mins drop back below 500 hrs, and you have substantialy more time that that, would you upgrade quicker? Get better lines? Basically how would lower mins positivley effect higher time guys?

Unless I am reading the question wrong...

Date of hire -> your birthdate in new hire class = company seniority number = upgrade time and line choice

Doesn't matter if you have 500 hours or 50,000 hours when you're hired.

Sure but if we are in a state where really lowtime hiring is going on that would indicate substatial movement equating to faster upgrades would it not?
