I doubt it's changed. The gouge was old when I used it in '08 and it was spot on then.

No idea where people are going, but they could be getting out of aviation all together, get another flying job, go into ATC, etc.

FWIW, I know a Captain that was at CommutAir for 9 years that left to go to another regional and start all over again, because the commute to CLE wasn't worth it anymore and the company sucks so bad.

They only started up Cleveland a couple years ago. The commute was probably one of the last straws.

I know myself and a sim partner from 08 both quit feet first into the abyss. With commutair a lot of the current attrition wasn't to somewhere else, Just Away.
