Looks pretty cool. Requirements not that bad - something some CFIs might be able to get into
G-9 Requirements:
2nd class medical
Commercial OR ATP (ASEL or AMEL, depends on aircraft flown)
1200 hours TT
250 PIC
100 hours IFR and/or night time
100 hours in previous 12 months
Seeking 20 people. Wish I had a few more hours (read hundreds) cause this seems like a fun gig.

Yeah. Hopefully a string of mishaps, including this one caught on tape was enough to kick the US forestry service out of their maintenance stooper.

Thanks Airhoss. Were they Forestry Service pilot who perished, or H&P pilots. I've looked all over, in fact did a short report on this, and never found who it was that was signing their paychecks.
