I've been curious about COPA for a long time and haven't been able to find any info.

How's the pay? Days off/schedule? I don't think you guys are in CASS, but I could be wrong. Upgrade time? Seniority based?

Sorry for the battery of questions; I'm on a quick turn and am a little rushed.

Thanks.

I've had three friends go there. All have left.

$4K /mo. Lousy scheds. They will abuse you. If you were part of the early ExSWA cadre, you might have a different opinion.

If you're single, no kids, you have nothing to lose.

Try copaair.com I did and just received an email to confirm my flight time, and to expect an interview date soon.

I was in Quito, Ecuador two weeks ago and talked to a couple Copa pilots outside smoking cigarettes. They were staying at the Marriot, one of the nicest hotels in the city. It looked like they were getting treated pretty well.
