ones i know of off the top of my head are Colgan, American Eagle, Great Lakes, Pinnacle, Air Whisky, and maybe a couple others.

are people getting hired with those times? They make it seem like we are on the way back to '07

Those are minimums, which is different from what is currently competitive. But yes, there are airlines hiring at minimums and even below minimums right now.

guys you need to think about this as well, almost everyone is recalled since 08 and not many new guys have come into the game, so there are not that many people out there, look at the new comm pilot numbers over the last 3 years, there are very few, and many people from regionals have/are moving on, so I am not sure why everyone is so surprised. You also got guys out there skipping the regionals, like the guys making 1000 a week flying twin otters 4 days a week with jumpers and going home at night.
