Default CBP Air and Marine Hiring - AirInterdictAgent

Has anyone had any first-hand experience working for the Customs and Border Patrol Agency Air and Marine Division as a pilot, "air interdiction agent?" or know anyone who fly there? I routinely view the CBP website as well as USAJOBS - The Federal Government's Official Jobs Site, but I never see any vacancies for flying jobs with the CBP!

In the past, I have heard Customs prefers dual-rated pilots as well as applicants with law enforcement backgrounds. Any advice?

If previous law enforcement work is advantageous to getting in as a pilot, GS-11, with the CBP, what law enforcement or government agency would you get involved with?

I am currently flying part135, have fixed wing ATP with 4,000hrs total time

Thanks
