Sim, aptitude tests, 2 panel interviews. If that goes well, called back weeks later for psyche eval. Straight forward process.

Sounds the same as before then, just condensed into one day versus two. Thanks!

The other difference is that this time around, it feels like an interview at a major airline. Much more professional and the new facility is impressive.

Do you think we could assume that those who are going to be called for "phase3" or "further testing" have already been contacted?

Depends on how many have been called so far.... From past experience I would think they do their contacting all at once. Especially for a small number like this....

Same with job offers. Calls go out almost consecutively....one after the other.

Next phase calls were for Nov 12th.
