Did you mean to say "if you don't get the no thanks letter you are still under consideration.."

OR are they NOT sending out "no thanks" letters at all for this group of interviewees? ( I think I read that those who applied but never received an interview did eventually get a "no thanks" letter shortly before they re-opened the app. window this time)

I think I'd rather have the "no thanks" letter, if I happen to fall towards the bottom of the pool of interviewees, instead of wondering for a year...:D

I think the question is have "no thanks" emails already been sent out to some? I'd like to believe since I haven't received anything yet that I am still under consideration and hopefully not waiting 3-4 weeks for a "no thanks" email that they just haven't gotten around to sending out yet. :cool:

calls for July 16 class went out last night for those who did phase 3 last week.

How long after Phase 1/2 did emails start arriving for Phase 3 invites? This is the 4th of July Holiday week so I wouldn't expect much activity, if any? Thanks for all the updates my brothers!

I don't know how much weight I'd put into those no thanks emails. I interviewed last fall, received a no thanks email late April or early May I think, then received an invite for phase 3 a few weeks after that. From what I've read earlier on this thread, seems like their system sometimes accidentally (?) sends out these random messages.

Exactly. Someone employed there told me he's worked there for 5 years and got one of those emails. Don't worry too much about them. And if you get a negative email, don't think you're out either. I know someone else that got one of those and got an interview the next week...
