OR are they NOT sending out "no thanks" letters at all for this group of interviewees? ( I think I read that those who applied but never received an interview did eventually get a "no thanks" letter shortly before they re-opened the app. window this time)

I think I'd rather have the "no thanks" letter, if I happen to fall towards the bottom of the pool of interviewees, instead of wondering for a year...

I think the question is have "no thanks" emails already been sent out to some? I'd like to believe since I haven't received anything yet that I am still under consideration and hopefully not waiting 3-4 weeks for a "no thanks" email that they just haven't gotten around to sending out yet.

How long after Phase 1/2 did emails start arriving for Phase 3 invites? This is the 4th of July Holiday week so I wouldn't expect much activity, if any? Thanks for all the updates my brothers!

I don't know how much weight I'd put into those no thanks emails. I interviewed last fall, received a no thanks email late April or early May I think, then received an invite for phase 3 a few weeks after that. From what I've read earlier on this thread, seems like their system sometimes accidentally (?) sends out these random messages.
