TransPac hiring King Air Instructors
High Performance Ground, Simulator, and Flight Instructor
TransPac Aviation Academy High Performance Flight Department is looking for full time flight instructors to teach ground, simulator, and flight as part of Chinese ab-initio flight training program.
Job description:
Instructors are responsible for teaching ground school, simulator, and in the King Air C-90. Instructors can expect to be used in any and all teaching roles according to the needs of the High Performance Department. Instructors will be required to serve as a ground instructor until demonstrating proficiency in subject matter and course work prior to conducting simulator training or flight training. Advancement to simulator or flight instructor will be based on instructor performance, prior experience, and the needs of the department. High Performance Instructors may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays in support of a 24 hour, 7 day per week operation. High Performance Instructors should expect to work 8 hours per day, five days a week.
Job Requirements:
CFI, CFII, MEI Required, no exceptions. ATP Preferred. 121, 135, military, or similar multi-crew (in an aircraft requiring Second in command) experience is highly preferred. Minimum Flight Experience: 2,500 hours total time and 1,000 hours of multi-engine time. Prefer good knowledge of Power Point, Word and Excel. Previous ground school instructor’s experience a plus.
Salary starting at $43,000 + bonus and benefits.
Limited contract positions are also available.
