REQUIREMENTS:

• Captain total flying time - 5,000 Hrs
• 2,500 captain Hrs on JET aircraft (PIC JET Hrs)
• 500 Hrs PIC on A320
• Current on type and last flight on A320 in past 18 months

OFFER:

Basic Salary: SAR 25,000 while in training, SAR 30,000 ($ 8,000) once released to line.

Annual Increase: 3% annual increase on basic salary

Housing Allowance: SAR 8,333 ($ 2,222) or provided by the company
Transportation Allowance: SAR 800 ($ 213) or provided by the company
Flying allowance (per month) 0-50 Hrs SAR 175 ($ 46.7)

• 51-75 Hrs SAR 400 ($ 106.7)
• 76+ Hrs SAR 500 ($ 133.4)
• National Allowance: SAR 3,000 ($ 800)
• Education Allowance
• End of Service Award
• Contract Type: Family or Single depends on candidate status
• Contract Length: 5 year renewable contract
• Notice Period: 3 month notice period
• Probationary period: 3 month period
• Annual leave: 30 days paid leave per year
• Overnight Stay not at Base: SAR 200 ($ 53) within KSA, SAR 400 ($ 106) outside KSA
• Medical & Accident Insurance
• Loss of License Insurance
• Recurrent Training and 1st Class Medical Certificate Provided

Candidates have 7 consecutive days off per month or 20on/10off roster but no annual leave available with second option.
