When you open up your application, take a look under the links to see if you have a link that says View The Directions. There's nothing really for you to view or do, it does say the application has gone to a senior reviewer. Other than that, it's just more of the wait and see for a phone call.
Obviously, my Jedi Mind skills aren't as developed as I'd like to think.

My app from 2011 says not selected. I was planning on seeing them this week at the job fair. Is this a waste of time because I didn't re-apply (I didn't realize I had to re-apply during a different window)?

If you still have an open application on file I would try updating again, if that fails there is an e-mail floating around you can try for technical support, they are usually pretty good at getting the issue resolved.
