Last I heard, pay was a base/hourly blend, $1200/mo base plus $12/flight hour. The 228s operate under 135, and they fly the hell out of those things, so lots of hours. Pretty much have to live in Vegas. Upgrade can be pretty quick if you have the hours. Awesome coworkers, shady management, same as anywhere.

They also lost a big lawsuit for failing to pay their crews working the Rendition flights the hazard pay they were entitled to. (Seems they started out paying the override but decided to keep it for themselves within several months. Crews questioning it were summarily fired and replaced with others who either didn't care or didn't know what they were entitled to). The court documents are fascinating (and infuriating). "Shady management" is being kind, if you ask me.

I used to fly there . Great guys on the canyon side , base pay guarantee 500 plus 10$ hr for every hour . Flew 165hr in a month once . Small outfit kinda have to know someone currently working there to get in.
