Potential pooling
So....what do y'all think the possibilities are of Delta and the other majors interviewing and pooling selectees as this hiring wave appears to gather steam? I've read a lot of numbers and predictions in the various threads, definitely exciting times.
There appears to be quite a large supply of qualified applicants ready to go. Would the majors keep interviewing and offering jobs at a pace greater than their training capacity to have a readily available source to fill their classes or is that flow regulated by the hiring process combined with added instructors?

Middle of December interview was the soonest they could schedule.
