Now I feel inferior with 5k heavy mil IP/EP, 2 MWS, internal recs, app in for 13 months, current 121, 3+ GPA engineering degree, can start tomorrow... l seriously wonder if my app was received.

I wouldn't worry, I am at 3100TT, 1100 IP, 2500PIC, all mil, same # of recs, GPA, masters, etc. got a fix it in January and still quiet. App in since December. It will happen soon, don't worry.

Any civilian guys getting called? I have 14000 hrs. 10000 PIC, and 6000 heavy jet time. Check airman and LOR. Still not getting called. Not sure how to crack the code.

I know some of the folks involved in hiring were trying hard to fix this culture, but I was told when they first started hiring that much past 6000 hours total time they were concerned about someone getting set in their ways. Thankfully many of the pilots involved in hiring know you can't make a judgement call on everyone like that and are smarter but hopefully HR has been convinced as well.

Are you saying that the "fix it' email is cracking the code? Or did you get an interview?

What's the hardest thing for a pilot in his 50's to do.....
Get hired by a major...
14,000 is a lot, too much, even for UPS. Kid with 1400hrs gets an email. Sorry, good luck!

For what its worth, got the invite to interview today (first available date was 23 September). Prior to this I did not receive any "fix it" e-mails. I am sitting at about 2200 TT, most PIC and IP in military jets, MS and BS with decent grades. App in for 12 months, with avail listed as June 2014. I also had a couple of internals.
