Pilot Development Program
Looking for opinions from people with recent experience with the program. On the application page it shows specific schools. How does that work? Is it available at schools not listed on he Horizon website? Thank You.

It's available only to their partner schools. You agree to work with the school as an instructor before going to Horizon and then having a contract to stay with them. They give you a bonus as a member for it.

I think they at least used to be. You can sign up once you have a PPL. You don't get anything until you have a CPL.

The program as it was once known no longer exists. All the experienced faculty has either retired or is doing so soon. Current upper administration has no clue how to run an aviation program and honestly seems like they want to get rid of it all together. Yes they have fancy new glass cockpit planes, but good luck getting a reliable flight training schedule with instructors being assigned 18 students each...
