Question Employment with Horizon for 1 year, opinions

Let's say an individual who just got a 1 year employment authorization in the states is ready to go work for Horizon.
Legally they can't ask you your nationality but you must prove you're eligible to work here and in that card it shows you're only able to work for one year.
Do you think Horizon would still hire that individual?
What are better options to maximize your flight time in a period of one year? Seems like corporate would be a better route but that's hard because your need to know a lot of people to actually get those jobs.
Regarding you would spend a couple months in training, then some time on reserve, is it even worth it?

Ask a recruiter. You would be on reserve for at least a few months, longer on the Q.
