I think the new Pathways update stated only one deferral or you get bumped to the back of the list. Can anyone confirm that?

If that’s true, those on the top of the list will not have much choice if they want to go to the big metal.

The real penalty is a lower seniority number. Seniority number can make the the difference of who thrives and who dies.

A lot of us coming off of OE need that flying to stay proficient and competent.

So anything new going on with the FO reserve issue at Horizon? Keep hearing a lot of folks leaving because of the length of reserve with a few of them being senior FOs. Also hear that going to the jet vs the Q doesn’t matter anymore either since they are over staffed on both fleets and reserve sucks on both sides.
