I can confirm this from a friend who is there. All classes will be props, no E75 will be offered for a long time.

I think it means TBNT unfortunately. I applied on the Horizon/Alaska portal and got an automatic TBNT email saying I didn't meet hiring mins for the position at Alaska, even though I intended to apply for Horizon. My dashboard says process complete. I also have my ATP but I was slightly below 1500 TT when I applied and I think that might have weeded my application out.
