I was curious to get a feel where guys are holding lines in Spokane as a new CA. I am looking at the prior time route to come in as a CA so I know I will be on reserve for quite a while, was just curious if a bunch of senior guys bid reserve and push some lines down, or if reserve is all junior. Also curious how much guys are flying on reserve if they want to and if it’s usually right at the min short call time, or if they’re getting assigned with more notice on short call. Any airport reserve in GEG? Or is it only SEA and PDX like I’ve heard. Thanks!

According to the bid results for GEG in the month of June. There are only 4 CAs on reserve and those were in the bottom 7 of the list. So no senior guys bid reserve. I’m sure how much flying captains are doing on reserve but I believe it’s still a lot. No airport reserve in GEG. SEA and PDX only.
If you haven’t applied yet and are planning to, direct message me.
