LaMar said that if you have been an FO at Horizon for at least two years, you are eligible to be hired by Alaska. I believe he also said that Alaska will be hiring approximately 30% of their pilots directly from Horizon.

Well, 30% would be quite the change in attitude. Of the 10 Captains they recently interviewed, only 4 got hired. One of them me!
This is for classes into the summer, 48 slots....math....math that's only 8% of the guys are Horizon, unless they plan some more interviews.
