Don't know much about any of these folks but it seems all they are doing is reshuffling the deck. Does there not come a point where maybe we need some fresh cards instead of the same old ones going the same old places??

It seems we keep doing this every couple years. We re-shuffle the deck and pretend we are brand new and there's a new direction.

What makes you say that. I'm not sure with whom we would merge and see DOT approval, though I readily admit I am not that well versed on this issue.

I think RH is just changing the team for what he wants and who he likes.
I doubt very much it's for a merger. Heck they just let people go in a merger anyway. With that said I would not be shocked if we did merge.

Speaking from experience each time management has proclaimed a course of action that was the last thing to transpire. Take it with a grain of salt but Jetblue management is more ruthless than any other two carriers put together. They are equivalent to a reaper showing up with a box of candy and a card in hand.

We're all about "organic" growth right up until we're neck and neck with another carrier trying to buy another carrier... If we win, great synergy, fast growth and all that awesomeness... If we lose, it would have been nice, but now we can focus on "organic" growth, culture and awesomeness...
Organic growth is a played out buzzword and it's 5-10yrs old.
