Still no interview date but got the invitation to Phase 1 e-mail.

Same boat. I was wondering how long between between getting the email saying you will get an email to schedule was?

Thanks for the info. Last question; have you guys upload the LOR with a real signature? I am having trouble getting them signed and I don't want the window to close before completing the application.

Doesn't matter on the application upload. When you go to interview they will specify that you need to bring signed copies.

I didn't bring ink signed LORs. They were scanned and sent by the writer and printed by me. Don't think that really matters.

You can bring in 3 external LOR's that have to be signed within 12 months. There wasn't a value on the number of internal LOR's you could bring. I brought 5 LOR's and 3 of them were printed. Nothing was said about being original or printed copies.

I just got an e-mail today to schedule the interview for June 21st. :)

Keep checking back on that webpage for setting up the interview date and time. If someone reschedules, it will open up that date and time that may be significantly earlier than the you have scheduled. I logged in and got an interview date the following week while the next open slot was 5 weeks later.

When did you get the first email saying you would get the email to schedule?

April 17th email saying interview to be scheduled.
April 7th was my phone interview.
April 27th received email offering interview date.

i received the "interview to be scheduled" on the 17th as well.
still awaiting the automated f2f interview schedule email.


just curious what the automated email on the 27th entailed? and how many options for nyc vs mco interviews there were. how far out in the future are dates to interview?

There are no options for NY interviews. They are all done in Orlando.

Did you apply during the January window? Or was this from the April 1st window?

January window. I swung by their booth at the NGPA event that month also. I got the e-mail to schedule the phone interview March 22nd.

Thanks Colnago. Great info. I missed the January window, but visited them at WIA in Orlando. I finally got the application in on April 1. Hoping for a call.

People still waiting for the follow up following the phone interview? Had mine April 6, filled out the addendum, heard back from them a day later saying I'll be contacted via email for the next steps in the process, have not heard anything yet and that's pushing a month ago now. Could always follow up via email but not sure that's looked upon wisely!

I emailed them and the response was along the lines that they are still finalizing their upcoming dates and thats why we haven't gotten an email to schedule yet.

Anyone here that applied in the April window heard anything yet?

Interestingly enough, I got the email this morning asking me to set up an interview date.

I think most of these guys are January and prior. I got mine in April 1. No word yet
