I applied for 4 years. I never missed a window and did everything suggested. I ended up getting a blue dart. I do know people who applied once and got called right away.

I got a email for a video interview! I heard they're not doing the phone call anymore! Instructions said that you can review your answers at the end and if you want to re record you can, but is not true. Is only one shot to record with your answers and 30 seconds to think for a answers when the questions pops up!

nop I'm not kidding! Got the email to do a video interview. I didn't like the process at all is not even a video chat. 7 Questions 3 or 4 HR Question pops up and you have 30 seconds to think for a answer. The email instructions said that you're able to re record your answer at the end before submitting the interview but is not true. I called the third party in charge asking for assitance and they told me it was set up for one time answer and what ever you did that's pretty much what you have to send.

At least prospective new hires will know the type of management they'll be dealing with right off the bat.
