What are some of the experience levels of these NYC upgrades? In this new world of hiring without any TPIC, are some of these people seeing the left seat for the first time in their careers with 200 people sitting behind them?

I'm not worried about the military folks. I'm more worried about some of the job fair superstars that have been mixed in with the deserving "tier 1 candidates."
