What can a new hire expect to credit per month as a new hire?

Funny enough, its the guys I fly and work with that make it at all tolerable.
Btw, if youre so happy, why the personal attack in this post?

I make zero claims of happiness nirvana, but in general life is very good to me, and I believe most people want to do right. I take exception to people who believe, because they have differing views, that those opposing their view are somehow faking it to take advantage, it shows a very miserable outlook on life. There are people, many of them, who are very happy in whatever circumstances and to want to destroy that because they can be happy in a situation that is maddeningly miserable for this guy, seems to me, the most miserable man of all. I don't think this guy would be happy under any circumstance.

You are naive beyond words. In business it is all about $. If you could be exploited to get more of it corporate america wouldn't hesitate. It isn't about being "kind", it is BUSINESS.

You are miserable beyond words. I have worked with very large corporations where dollars never trampled on people, they found a way to make it work. Your view on life is so hauntingly jaded that you couldn't and won't see good. I've flown with what I envision your type to be, from your comments, and no thanks I'll believe in people and good. If that's naive then bring on the naïveté.

Bwah hah hah! You are every HR person's wet dream. "I will work for less, just please be nice to me!"

Says the first guy who will cross the picket line, misery usually accompanies cowardice.

I believe we will all grab a sign when warranted. I am however, curious how prepared guys are to actually strike- That separates cowardice from duty.
Id like the time off honestly ;)

I have to add my family has planned for this contingency and we are adequately prepared. Its doubtful the government would ever approve such an action but hopefully the airline heads the threat. I do look forward to picketing.

The only thing this airline truly fears is bad press. The union, attrition, economy...bad press is the only nightmare they have.

No PIC and no experience is a requirement for B6! One of your main ALPA guys at B6 is a good example. No PIC and little to no experience prior to B6. He is negotiating your CBA.
I guess brewing coffee, buying lunch, and making copies for CP during an internship, makes you qualified to be a pilot on A320 and ALPA pilot representative at B6.
I got to give it to B6 management; they know how to play this game. Hire young, with no experience, use them to infiltrate the pilot group and pretend like they are doing something for the benefit of the group, and control within. I would't be surprise if the same dude gets promoted to CP after no good CBA is signed.
