I left envoy as a protected pilot. Best decision I made, that airline is a toxic wasteland. Especially for reserves, I really weep for those who are hanging onto the flow carrot.
If you use the flow as an absolute last resort while regularly updating your apps, cool. If you're hanging on thinking AAG cares about your career, or won't violate the contract to staff their flights think again. Putting your career in the hands of those who could careless. |
