Perhaps the company hasn’t changed that much since I’ve been here, I’ve just figured out that they weren’t what they told me they were. I.e. turns out that the culture is bu11sh!t. They aren’t “different” we are just nameless worker bees, just like at other major airlines. I still see comments by interviewees talking about how impressed they are with JB and how it’s not your typical airline, etc, barf.
