It's normal to get them right before they open a job window.

Window opens Dec 26.

I HIGHLY recommend concentrating your efforts elsewhere. Sadly....most wont listen, will get through training, see the shiny penny turn brown and THEN focus elsewhere.

 

I hear ya, but if I took your advice I’d still be at XJT. Instead I’m about to hit 3rd year pay and have 1k hrs in the A320. Im focusing elsewhere, but at least I’m not making 3rd year regional pay.

 

You can concentrate all you want... some times the call never comes.
