I was thinking the same thing.

Negotiations will start to *sound* positive again leading up to the start of summer. Probably April-May.

They will stay positive (some progress) through the summer. If they get through mid-August with no agreement, good luck to us all, we are done until Jan 2019 at a minimum.

Seems right but it wouldn’t be hard to sound positive after that last one we got. Leave early for a storm GMAFB.

I must be missing something. . .I thought that by buying up shares, it would prop the price up? Fewer outstanding shares equals a higher share price, no?

So would a reverse split which is nearly cost neutral.
