Look, I get it, the lack of a contract after 3+ years sucks. And I feel for you folks because of that. But it WILL come. Others have waited longer. I’m not there, and I don’t know what “the suck” is like, but I talk to JB pilots in person who say it is not as bad as portrayed here on APC. Some are actually happy to be there. And for some regional pilots, it’s a step up QOL and pay wise. But it’s hard to put yourself in THEIR shoes when your shoes feel so pinched and miserable. But it can still be a better place to move up to for them. |

This is why we now have a union. This is why we had over 700 bodies show up in NYC in freezing cold to show how much we no longer believe in "the company". |
