Yeah I asked that on the FAQ's TA website. Basically JetBlue can change new-hire training pay whenever they want still. I know it's only 6 weeks for them, but bills still need to be paid. According my friend, United gets a 90 hour guarantee for new-hires.

It sounds good to say but that is or was not an issue YET. I am not saying it was not going to be a problem or will not be a problem. But your so called leverage due to pilot staffing issues has about as much truth as POS serving this pilot group in any way, shape or form. |
