Any rogue gate agents saying otherwise need to be PDRd to be set straight. I’d suggest getting name/employee number as well as reminding them that the AOM specifically says it can be done.

It is least painful if you get the myidtravel stuff worked out though and just make a listing yourself, but it absolutely can be done at the gate.

Thank you for posting this.

It used to be 10 min prior I think there was a recent change to 15min prior

“ Non-myIDTravel customers:
Please visit the website https://myidtravel.com/myidlisting/. This address must be entered exactly as shown. Select your employing airline from the dropdown menu. Please reach out to your Jumpseat Coordinator for your login information. After logging in, click on “commuter travel”, change the airline to “JetBlue”, change the travel status to “pilot commuting listing”, and follow the prompts to search and list for your flights.”

Ya. That's the website and procedures I've been trying.

Tried again today. Still the same error. Lufthansa (the website manager) sent me a message saying to contact my pass bureau. Not sure what that has to do with an error from their website. Guess I'll try calling JetBlue.

If any non-JetBlue pilots read this thread, would you mind trying to list for a JetBlue flight and tell me if it works? I just tried listing for an SWA flight on the website and I didn't get an error.

Just curious, what airline do you fly for?

Are you listing as a zed or pull down cockpit Jumpseat? Could be the reason.

Pilot Commuting Listing. Not ZED. That's a different website.

UPDATE: It's actually working now. I tried it one more time just about 30 minutes ago. Thanks for all of the help.
