Jumpseat Listing Error

It's been a while since I jumpseated JetBlue. I'm using the www.myidtravel.com/myidlisting website. I get all the way to the end of the sign up process then I get the following error...

http://clementib-001-site7.htempurl.com/pics/error.jpg

Has anybody else had this issue? I sent a message to the only email I can find on the website.

You can just show to the gate and list there.

Sometimes when MyidTravel is acting up on my phone, I’ll try a iPad or laptop and it works fine for some reason.

Thanks. I tried on both my laptop and mobile device.

The problem is that SMF only uses one agent on the JFK turn. They're usually overloaded and get irritated when you aren't listed. I almost missed a flight one time because of that issue. The crew saved me. Can we still call?

Heard they are considering going down to .5 agents.

Or only using an agent every 4th departure.

No you cannot.

I once tried to list at the gate in DCA, phone was dead. As a company pilot I was refused as far as listing for a flight. They spent more time retrieving a charging cord so I could still do it myself.

JetBlue does not like and will not list pilots at the gate.

The Airports Operations Manual specifically says a listing can be made at the ticket counter, gate, or just ask desk (6.5.7.1). Any rogue gate agents saying otherwise need to be PDRd to be set straight. I’d suggest getting name/employee number as well as reminding them that the AOM specifically says it can be done.

It is least painful if you get the myidtravel stuff worked out though and just make a listing yourself, but it absolutely can be done at the gate.

I just saw an OAL pilot go through this and the gate agents didn’t know how to list him. I pulled up our info in the ALPA app and something about using a different url or sign-in or something for myIDtravel ended up working for him.

“ Non-myIDTravel customers:
Please visit the website https://myidtravel.com/myidlisting/. This address must be entered exactly as shown. Select your employing airline from the dropdown menu. Please reach out to your Jumpseat Coordinator for your login information. After logging in, click on “commuter travel”, change the airline to “JetBlue”, change the travel status to “pilot commuting listing”, and follow the prompts to search and list for your flights.”
