Selection process (rough) timeline

How long from the virtual phone screen until the real interview? Submitted on december 5th.
IF succesful, how long until a class date?
Does it vary depending on the time of the year??

I was about 2 months from video interview to real interview, and about another 3 months to class date, so 5 months total. Started early September and class in February.

so how long from the time you submit your video interview until you get the yea or the no?

A couple of weeks for a recruiter to look at the phone screen. Then to schedule an interview would depend on when the next interviews are scheduled. There are two interview days scheduled for Jan, Feb, and March so far. Plenty in the pool plenty to be hired next year.

6/27 - Selected for video interview
7/05 - Video interview submitted
8/15 - In-person interview complete
8/28 - Entered phase 2
??/?? - Phase 2 complete....still waiting

Going on 5 months total and still not even in the pool. 3 months and counting just for phase 2.

Phase 2 -> pool

So do people normally get to phase 2 and then not get selected or is it just a waiting game? I interviewed third week in October and entered phase 2 beginning of November.
