Spirit has some amazing QOL of items. Their reserve grid system allows pilots to drop their entire schedules down to zero hours if needed. Also, 4 days off in between sequences...

You sure about that 4 day off thing? I believe they lost that in their latest CBA. I’d also like to know how easy it easy to actually drop your schedule to zero. We have a system that allows that as well but it’s virtually impossible to use.

You forgot one of the most important things we’re missing. Profit sharing.

Is this thread really necessary? If you’re interested, apply. If not...look elsewhere. Every bit of information you need to make a decision is here already. We are only over a year into our CBA, so it doesn’t really matter if I want higher pay-rates now.

Is this a management consultant collecting data?

Who are you and why are you asking?

If you are collecting data for JB management, great. The answer is "all-of-the-above", and make it happen yesterday.

Also, the survey forgot to include what is arguably the most valuable items to each and every pilot: Lift Awards and cheery
culture emails.

Yes, NK still has 4 days off between work blocks. There are typically a couple red days throughout the month in which you cannot drop that day (normally on a weekend). But, aside from that it’s very easy to drop trips.

That sounds a lot better than having to look at 5 different reserve grids that nobody understands.

Can you waive the 4-day-off rule?

Personally I would not want that.
