Preference to merge with Envoy Air or PSA?

As a regional airline who operates both the ERJ and the C-Series (canadair product), which pilot group would you prefer to merge with? I think Envoy has better bases, but PSA's scheduling (SAP) is far superior. Both airlines do line bidding and have flow language to AA mainline.

I do not know how the Republic/Midwest/Frontier merger SLI went. But as a CA less than a year from flowing and it would be unfair to have your pilot group come in with more longevity, we will need fences there.

Agreed. Jetblue pilots are the dumbest pilots I have ever met

Jetblue pilots would vote to be stapled to PSA if there was a 1 year 2% pay raise and a $2000 signing bonus, no matter what else the contract said. Sad thing is, their union would tell them it’s a great deal.

Already got backstabbed by PSA once….at least at Envoy, formally Eagle, we had the balls to stand up to mgmt and not sell other pilot groups down the river.

We’d be lucky with either. Maybe you two could sort out a relative list first and we’d get stapled to the bottom? We’d likely be excluded from the flow, but it would be worth it to be mentored by your group.

Good to be in the Eagle family now. Already ordered my backpack.
