Was wondering why my SAVE stock is up 20%…

So, I wonder if JetBlue has a real plan to try to buy them, or if they are just trying to run up the price on indigo and frontier?

That merger isn't final, I would guess trying to offer spirit shareholders a higher price, and/or to run the price up on Indigo Partners similar to the Alaska/VA negotiations.
