IOE wait time is now officially down to the contractual minimum of 4 days off. Wow how far we’ve come.

When do they put it on your schedule? I’ve got my 320 transition LOE on wed. and nothing on my schedule, no emails, etc.

they won’t even think about you until the LOE is complete.

It’s kinda dumb.

I think some fleets wait until your 4 day contractual off is done before submitting your paperwork.

I dunno, makes sense to me. How can you know when to schedule the IOE if you don't know whether they will pass the check ride?

Well…update. As I said, LOE was Wed, the first. It’s now the 8th. Crickets are still chirping on my schedule.

Use the time wisely. Enjoy family and friends, think of ways to spend the 80 hours you’re making now, update legacy apps with new type information. The possibilities seem endless.

Love to hear it! Finished mine as well. I’ll update when I’m scheduled.

Don’t forget, per a grievance settlement, they have to give you Atleast 48 hours notice and it has to be a phone call. (Voice mail is acceptable)
