Any good rumors on plans? Specifically with west coast expansion base wise?

Not at JetBlue but it would surprise me if they had any plans for new bases with the spirit integration coming in the near future. They are going to have to decide what to do with all of our bases that don’t overlap.

I wouldn’t come to JB if I was a west coast commuter.

But for S&Gs I could see SFO becoming a base before too long.

Rumor is we are keeping all the Spirit bases except Atlantic City.

I’ve heard all Spirit bases including ACY.

If the city is east of Vegas or west of say…oh, Charlotte or so….no it won’t be. At least not as Jetblue of the present.

No bases will be opening other than what will be available after the acquisition. Came from the horse's mouth during pocket session. Plan AS OF NOW is to keep all of Spirit bases and routes, except some knife sharpening here and there on routes.

Just got out of the schoolhouse. They mentioned one of these could be a potential domicile before the merger: BDL, DCA, TPA, LAS and SFO.

BDL definitely 😂

I’m surprised no one is talking about how the new TA language mentions the possibility of opening a new base. Why would they put that in there if they weren’t planning on doing it?
