6 hours PTO is a joke. I’d much rather have Delta sick bank. How hard is it to get a doctors note if need be. At least you know you’re covered. As someone with 3 small children in the house, there seems to be a rolling illness. All it takes is one to pick something up.

I will say I’m not a fan of the blended sick/PTO system that you all have. Had it at a previous airline, didn’t like it then vs. a separate sick & vacation bank. Wouldn’t want it in a JCBA either….

I always put on surveys I want my 12hrs PTO and sell back at 1.5, could careless about vacation weeks. Would rather just bid around a vacation that I book and pay for. I’m always going regardless so whether or not I can hold a week vacation is irrelevant. |
