Judging by rainmaker checks, about 90-99% in the company's favor. I'm sure that's just a coincidence.
Now, in the very rare event you find an error in your favor, should you tell them? I've never ONCE been notified they found an error in their favor. Does "integrity" only go one way?

Its literally never happened to me. I've been many times underpaid though. (Every other month or so.) This is why I think its intentional to some degree. Random incompitence would imply overpaying at least somewhat as often as underpaying. I have heard of it happening to others, but the company cought it and quickly fixed it the next month or two. No such fixes for underpayment, unless you call them.
All the values are one way streets here.

I actually made a pretty fully automatic pay calculator that calculates my checks down to +/- $0.03. I can import my trips directly via FLICA but I prefer to use another sheet in the book and put in the credit/tafb etc manually. The point of this sheet was to keep crew pay honest and to sort of pre-budget. Usually it's only off because of state tax rounding error and the union taking out different percentages than the say they are every single month. I've been told by other pilots I need to publish it but I was never ready for that, maybe I should do it some day for people like you.

Heyo - I was planning on writing some software for an app and/or website to do just this. If you want to collaborate let me know.
