Depends. Are you talking about your next contract or the pilots now bailing from NK to the legacies?

It will be truly ironic if the ultimate effect of this trial is to provide the Big Three with additional highly experienced 121 pilots and a fire sale of late model Airbus aircraft and delivery dates to help their expansion plans, perhaps the most pro-monopoly outcome that could have been imagined.

Sadly true. Under essentially any conceivable outcome, the legacies get bigger and stronger while competition is lessened. Unless you’re at a legacy. Then it would not be sadly true.
